Made to order designs and colors, crafted by professionals who care, now even faster.
Thanks to our recent acquisitions, White Oak is now the most complete and flexible luxury carpet manufacturer in North America. Our capabilities now include in-house custom dyeing to support our various operations including: Needleloom, VariaLoom, Overtuft, Hand Carving, and the largest collection of Pass Machines in the world.
Delivered to your clients in half the time.
These enhanced capabilities result in faster production times for most projects, meaning you’ll get your projects in the hands of your clients sooner.
The majority of our best-selling qualities can now be produced in approximately 4-6 weeks when using colors presently in stock. If the color you need is not in-stock, using our in-house dye facility allows us to produce your order in approximately 5-7 weeks. For Pass Machine orders or finished Area Rugs, simply add 2 additional weeks.
Of course we are always receptive to inquiries that may require shorter production times when our current mill production levels permit.
Affinity Collection – Mosaic Design
This is one of our standard designs beautifully custom colored by Amanda of Reynal Interiors in Des Moines, Iowa. Affinity had a tremendous reception at Surfaces 2016 and we’re looking forward to more stunning rugs from this collection.
Runner up is a Nimari Hide also a standard colorway from the newly released Hides Collection.
This is Toledo from the Banu Collection. Our client wanted to put this in a kids room and have it soft, durable and kid friendly. So we made it in all wool. We think it turned out great!
A reminder, everything we have we can switch over in fibers, colors, qualities and so on…the sky’s the limit here.
From Design Carpets of Argentina, a bespoke cowhide area rug made in a study of grey panels and a grey brindle border to add a little zip!
This deliciously stylish room is still evolving, so stay tuned for more images as this beautiful bedroom comes together..
Another bespoke area rug produced by Glenn Carpet NYC, supplier of exquisite carpets and area rugs. Positively scrumptious, Glenn!

Consumers increasingly seek authentic products made of natural materials with genuine integrity. These attributes are captured in a new brand from Wools of New Zealand called Laneve. Laneve is a companion to the Wools of New Zealand brand, going beyond the excellence of the product to attest to the sustainability and traceability of the wool itself.
Laneve branded carpets and rugs are made from 100 percent wool traceable back to identifiable farmers who meet a comprehensive range of environmental, social responsibility and animal welfare standards. Laneve provides assurance of:
- Animal Welfare: Strict codes of practice covering animal health, nutrition and safety.
- Land Management: Highly skilled and experienced farmers combine traditional, non-intensive farming systems with current best practice to ensure optimal land management.
- Farming Practices: Free-range farms naturally producing high quality wool for premium carpets and rugs.
- Environmental Standards: Protection of the land and waterways to ensure both environmental and economic sustainability.
- Traceability: The wool in Laneve branded carpets and rugs is traceable back to the farms that grew it.
